Healthy Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 Cup Splenda3 Egg Whites1 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Teaspoon Salt1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Tablespoon Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Vanilla3 Cups Oats1/2 Cup Raisins2 Bananas Sliced
Directions
Beat together applesauce and sugar.
Mix in egg whites, milk, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and oatmeal.
Beat well then stir in raisins and banana slices.
Pour into a lightly greased pie or 8x8 pan. If you'd like you can sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven until firm, about 35 minutes. Serve hot. Add milk to your bowl to make it creamier or eat it dry.
