Faux French Toast Bars

Ingredients
2 c. oat flour (grind old fashioned oats)24 egg whites/ 3 cups liquid egg white1 scoop wheyCinnamon and Vanilla extract to taste2 scoops (protein powder scoops) Splenda
Directions
Blend oats into flour. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whip until slightly fluffy. Bake in a 350* preheated oven about 30 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

*Spice/extract measurements are to taste.
Makes 12 bars.
