Lime-Cilantro Zucchini & Shrimp

1 lb. of frozen shrimp1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes1/2 lime juice2 Tbsp of olive oil2 garlic cloves2 whole zucchini's cut into 1 inch cubes1 tsp. paprikadash of chili powder2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Step 1 - Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
STEP 2 - Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté while stirring for one minute.
STEP 3 - Add in zucchini. Saute for 1 minute.
STEP 4 - Toss in cherry tomatoes that have been cut into fourths.
STEP 5 - Add in defrosted shrimp. Cook until pink.
STEP 6 - Add in 1 tsp. of paprika.
STEP 7 - Toss in 2 Tbsp. of chopped fresh cilantro.
STEP 8 - Squeeze juice from 1/2 of a lime.
STEP 9 - Sprinkle a tiny bit of chili powder to taste.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 Cup servings plus some
