Toasted Chickpeas

- 1 cup (about 1/2 a can) of chickpeas- 1 tsp chili powder (or garlic powder or whatever seasoning you like)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Spread chickpeas out on baking pan in a single layer
3. Sprinkle to taste with chili powder or seasoning of your choice
4. Toast in oven until chickpeas are golden brown and rattle around in pan when you shake it.
This took 20 min in my convection oven, although the original recipe said 50 minutes in a regular oven.
Makes 4 - 1/4 cup servings.
