Mocha Smoothies

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free milk1 medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices, and frozen2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
Directions
In a blender combine all ingredients, except ice. Cover; blend until smooth, add ice. Cover; blend until nearly smooth. Serve at once in glasses. If desired, top with small chocolate curls.
