Simple Spring Garden Chicken Soup

Ingredients
7 oz. chicken cutlets6 cloves garlic6 leaves collards6 leaves kale1 small red potato1 small onion 32 oz. Trader Joe's low sodium broth 8 asparagus stalks1/2 cup arugula 8 croutons
Directions
sauteed garlic, onion, in pan for 5 minutes, add sliced thin chicken cutlets, and potato cubes, cook another 10 minutes, add low sodium chicken broth with all the vegetables, cover and simmer for 10 more minutes. I added tsp turmeric and ground New Orleans file powder for gumbo.
