Cheeseburger Pasta Bake

Ingredients
8 cups water2 cups whole wheat macaroni1lb extra lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped tomato3/4 cup water (or beef broth)1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese3 tbsp half the fat mayo2 tbsp relish2 tbsp ketchup1 tsp dry mustard1 1/2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water until tender. Drain and return to pot.

Meanwhile, Brown ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain and add to pasta.

Combine remaining ingredients except for last amount of cheese. Add to pasta and meat mixture.

Place in lightly greased casserole and top with remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
