Crustless Spinach Pie

Ingredients
1 pkge frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1/2 onion, chopped1 c nonfat cottage cheese1/2 c nonfat shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs2 T olive oil
Directions
Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Saute mushrooms and onions in oil. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a oil-sprayed pie pan for aprox 45 minutes.
