potato(350gms)green peas -100gmssoy granules-nutrela-50gmscoriander leaves -2tbsplemon small -sqeezedsalt as per tastechole masala-2tsp.turmeriching.
Pressure cook potatoes. Peel them and mash them with the masher. soak soy granules in hot water for about 5-7 min. sqeeze the water out of granules heat oil and chopped green chillies,cumin .5 tsp,turmeric,hing. saute for few min.let it cool. to the granules add lemon juice,little sale and mix well. add this to mashed potatoes. add more salt as per yr taste. add cilantro. add chole masala. add the oil. Mix well. Make 12 balls. Flatten these to stuff in to the bread. Put the bread in sandwich maker and cook till they are crisp.
