Chili crusted Salmon & Roasted Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
1 TBSP Chili Powder1 TBSP light brown sugar1 TSP salt1.5 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices3 green onions1TBSP olive oil1/3 TSP coarse black pepper4 salmon fillets (6oz ea)green onion for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl, combine chili powder, brown sugar and salt until well blended. In a 9x13 baking dish, toss potatoes with onion, olive oil , pepper and 1TBSP of chili mixture, until evenly coated. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes. Meanwhile rub the remaining chili mixture over the top of the salmon fillets. Place fillets over potatoes and roast, uncovered, another 10-20 minutes longer or until fish fillets flake easily with a fork and potatoes are tender. Garnish with green onion.
