Trout Almondine

Ingredients
Egg 6Milk 1 1/2 CupAll Purpose Flour 3 CupSalt 1 1/2 Tsp.Vegetable Oil 1 1/2 CupAlmonds 1 1/2 CupMargarine 3/4 CupLemon Juice 3/4 Cup
Directions
Combine Beaten Egg and Milk. Combine Dry Mixture seperately. Coat the fish in the flour dip and then into the egg mixture then back into the flour mixture. Bake until outside is Crisp and fish is flakey. In a sauce pan heat margarine and lemon Juice, stir in Almonds until golden brown and top the fish with mixture.
