Montana Pannini

Ingredients
1 avocado peeled, seeded and mashed3/4 pound thinly sliced cooked deli turkey or chicken12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and broken in half1 large tomato sliced6 slices (1 oz each) Monterey Jack-colby cheese12 slices bread3 tablespooons butter or margarine, softened
Directions
Mash avocado and add to 1/4 cup ranch dressing

spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each of 12 slices of bread.
Layer chicken, bacon, tomato and cheese on 6 slices of the bread. Top with remaining 6 slices of bread.

spread butter on top slices of bread and place buttered side down in 12 inch skillet. spread remaining butter over top slicesof bread in skille. Cover and cook over med heat 4-5 minutes, turning once until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
