Gluten-free Cornbread

Ingredients
1 Cup Milk1/4 Cup Butter (melted)1 Egg1 1/4 Cup Cornmeal1 Cup Sorghum Flour1/2 Cup Sugar1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar1 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine just until all is wet. Pour into greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
