Couscous salad (beans, corn, spinach, vinegrette)

Ingredients
* Couscous, 1.25 cup, dry, yields (remove) * *Red Beans Great Value Brand, 1.25 cup (remove) * *frozen corn (NN) 1/2 cup, 2 serving (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)# *Campbell's Chicken Broth 25% less sodium - 2/3 cup (150 ml), 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Cook couscous as directed and add in frozen corn and spinach to thaw and wilt, cover with lid.
Stir in oil, vinegar of choice, and drained beans and stir.
