Asparagus Frittata

Ingredients
5 eggs1 lb asparagus 1 tbs olive oil 1 medium onion1 cup feta crumble
Directions
Chop onion and asparagus (one inch diagonals for the asparagus).
Heat oil in oven safe skillet.
Fry asparagus and onion until soft.
Mix eggs and poor over the veggies, cook on medium until eggs are setting.
Cover with feta and pop in the oven on broil until the feta just begins to turn brown.
