Sweet Potato Bread-Low Sugar

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Splenda, 1 cup Sugar Twin Granulated Brown, 1 cup Applesauce, sweetened, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large Baking Soda, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Water, tap, 6 fl oz Sweet potato, cooked, mashed, 2 cup Pecans, 1 cup, chopped *Flour, white, sifted, 1.75 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, sifted, 1.75 cup Salt, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine sugars and oil; Beat in eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Makes 9 slices per loaf.
