Healthy Ceasar Dressing

Ingredients
2 4oz Egg product2 gloves minced garlic1/2 cup fluffy parmesan cheese4-5 Tbsp lemon juice 1 2" ribbon of anchovy paste1/2 tsp Dijon mustard1/8 tsp Worcestershire saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingrediants into a medium bowl, mix throughly and this will keep about 1 week in the refrig. Use 1-2 Tbsps of dressing for each side salad. For a main course salad use about 1/2 cup of dressing for 2 whole romaine hearts diced.
