Cheddar Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
4 eggs1/4 cup coconut oil, melted1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp onion powder1/3 cup sifted coconut flour1/4 tsp baking powder1 cup raw cheddar cheese
Directions
1. blend eggs, oil, salt and onion powder together.
2. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into egg batter until there an no lumps.
3. Fold in cheese
4. Drop batter onto greased cookie sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat.
Optional: Sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning
5. Bake at 400 for 12-15 min.

Optional: brush with melted butter when they are warm out of the oven.
