Prin's Wacky Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 5oz cans Bumble Bee White Albacore (water drained)1/2c Roasted Red Peppers (chopped into small pieces)100g Claussen Hearty Garlic Whole Pickle (approx 1 med/lrg)1 can Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium3tbsp Kraft Mayo Olive Oil (45g)2tbsp Marzetti Asiago Peppercorn Dressing (29g)
Directions
Chop peppers and pickle. Add seasonings of choice (I add no salt, there's plenty in the ingredients). I prefer to kick it up a notch, and use Mrs Dash spicy (red cap) along with a bit of the table blend, garlic/onion powders, and pepper - whatever else might be laying around. Just remember to add any salt-containing ingredients to your meal if you add them!

Mix all ingredients. Best if you chill in fridge for a couple hours, but just fine to scarf down on a bed of hearts of romaine and a few cherry tomatoes! I've also munched it with strips of colorful peppers or even scoop some up with celery!

Another alternative - swap the black beans with baby peas!
