Zucchini Dill Soup

Ingredients
* Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced * Dill weed, fresh, 1 cup sprigs * Vegetable Broth, 3 cup * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Directions
Cut all vegetables and boil them in a large pot in the vegetable broth - if you need more fluid you can add water or more vegetable broth. After about an hour, blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth. Serve hot. You may prefer to add salt and pepper, low fat sour cream, or perhaps hot sauce to the recipe...
