Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 0.6 cup, shredded Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup *San Luis Sourdough Deli Bread Slice, 1 serving *2 Vlasic peppers - mild pepperoncini (1oz), 3 oz Roasting Chicken, light meat, 0.666 cup, chopped or diced Provolone Cheese, 0.25 cup, diced Sun Dried Tomatoes, 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp
1.Stir together chicken, cheese, olive mixture and tomatoes in a medium bowl.
2. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
3. Divide Parmesan in a large nonstick skillet in 4 small piles (about 1 tbsp. each), spreading slightly.
4. Top with 4 bread slices.
5. Pile chicken mixture onto half the bread and cook for a minute or two or until cheese is crusty.
6. Close sandwiches and reduce heat to medium.
7. Cook for a few minutes more on each side or until bread is golden brown and filling is hot.
