JD's Mint Chutney

Ingredients
Ingredients:Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cups (approximately 2 cans drained)Onions, raw, 1 large quarteredCilantro, raw, 1 bunchMint, 1 bunchSalt, 1 tsp or to tasteJalapeno Peppers, 3 peppers (seeded if you wish it to be less spicy)*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (juice of about 2 lemons)Granulated Sugar, 5 tsp (to taste -- try 3 and then work your way up to 5 if the chutney is too spicy).
Directions
Take all ingredients and place in a blender and blend it until it is chunky. Place in air tight container in fridge and use to accompany JD's Indian Potato Patties.

Serving Size: Makes enough chutney for 24 potato patties
