Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup8oz (1/2 lb) extra lean ground turkey2 cups mushrooms (sliced or pieces)2 tsp minced or pressed garlicWater as needed
Directions
Brown the turkey and then drain. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms soften a bit. Add the mushroom soup, sour cream and enough water to loosen it up if it gets too thick (usually half a soup can works). Simmer for five minutes or until it's heated through.

Serving Size: 4 servings of about 1 cup of sauce each depending on how much water is added.

    I was desperately missing stroganoff but this is a worthy replacement. I used it on brown rice with a bit of low-sodium Parmesan and some Mrs. Dash for excellent results. - 4/23/11
