Venison Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground venison2 tsp. horseradish sauce1 1/2 tsp. Worcheshire sauce1 small onion, minced1/4 cup evaporated milk, fat free1 tsp. salt2 tsp. yellow mustard3 Tbl. ketchup1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients, shape into patties.

Broil about 6 inches from broiler until cooked through, about 7 inches per side.
