Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Microwave Muffin

Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 1/2 TbspWhole Wheat Flour, 2 TbspBaking Powder, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tspPumpkin, canned, without salt, 1/4 cupMaple Syrup, 2 Tbsp Nestle mini semisweet chocolate chips, 2 tsp
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Add pumpkin and maple syrup until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Spray a coffee mug with nonstick spray. Put batter into mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Turn muffin out onto a plate.
