Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey Breast(97% Lean)1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms Diced1 Cup Whole Wheat Crackers Crushed2 Egg Whites or 1 tbsp Egg Substitute1 tsp Poultry Seasoning1 - 2 tsp Dried Onion Seasoning ( I use Mrs Dash Onion Medleys for extra flavor)1 tsp Season All (any blended seasoning with parsley, oregeno or an italian seasoning will do)Salt ( If needed) & Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 9 Muffins or can be cooked in a Loaf pan and sliced.

Wash and dice the mushrooms. Crush the Crackers. Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.

Spray pan with cooking spray.

Fill muffin cups completely full with mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 40 mins depending on your oven.
