1/2 lb (2 1/2 links) Italian turkey sausage1/2 onion, chopped2 cups water3 large potatoes, cubed1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp basil1/2 tsp garlic powder1 bay leaf1 tsp chicken boullion or 1 cube15 oz can fiesta corn15 oz can cream-style corn12 oz can fat-free evaporated milk
Remove skin from links and brown sausage and onion in soup pot. Add water, potatoes and spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in corn and evaporated milk. Cover and heat thoroughly.
