Guacamole Hummus

Ingredients
1 (15oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained3 cups fresh cilantro1 Tbsp minced garlic1 ripe avocado, diced1 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp vegetable broth1 tsp lemon juice1 Tbsp water1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cilantro, garlic and avocado. Process until finely chopped. With machine running, add olive oil and vegetable broth in a slow steady stream. Next add lemon juice and then water until mixture is smooth. Add salt and pepper and blend one last time.
