1 pound pork breakfast sausage1 cup raw white long grain rice1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion1 can cream of chicken soup2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Brown sausage as if you were cooking ground beef. Drain off grease. Wash rice until water runs clear. Mix rice, soups, and sausage. Saute vegetables until tender. Stir into rice, sausage, and soup mixture. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
