1/2 cup Prepared Cream of Wheat Cereal (Without Salt)2 tbsp Smooth Light Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp1 oz Milk, Fat Free, SkimSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, to taste
Prepare Cream of Wheat cereal according to instructions on package (leaving out the salt) for the amount of desired servings.
Once the cereal is ready to serve place 1/2 cup in a bowl. Add peanut butter, milk and splenda. Stir until peanut butter is melted and enjoy.
