Mom's spinach salad

Ingredients
For the salad:1 package fresh spinach, washed and drained1/2 red onion, sliced1 can mandarin oranges, drained1/2 cup pecan halvesFor the dressing:1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp sugar
Directions
Mix salad ingredients in large bowl. In separate container, mix dressing ingredients. Toss with salad just before serving.
