oatmeal; whole wheat flour;white flour;brown sugar;baking powder;salt;milk;eggs;butter;oil;blueberry
Preheat oven to 425; combine dry ingredients in 1 bowl and mix well. Combine liquid ingredients, except blueberries in other bowl. Pour liquids into dry ingredients, mix only until moist. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tin. Top each muffin with cinnamon sugar. Bake 20-25 minutes.
