Best Ever Low Fat Banana Muffins!!!

Ingredients
1.5 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 egg3/4 cup granulated sugar1/3 cup butter, melted1.5 cup bananas, 3 or 4 whole
Directions
combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.

thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas.

add to dry ingredients.

stir just until moistened.

fill greased muffin cups three quarters full.

bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.

cool and enjoy!
