Coffee Cake Muffins with Strawberries and Raspberries

Ingredients
Ingredients: Wheat flour, white, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 medium Milk, nonfat, .5 cup *Canola Oil, .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 3 tbsp Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .75 cup Raspberries, .75 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix dry ingredients, then add remaining wet ingredients. Fold in the berries. Fill muffin tray about 1/2 full. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
