Ingredients:Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Scallions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
saute the green peppers and onions in a pan with Italian herbs, Emeril's essence, garlic powder, pepper. Brown the groung beef with the veggies in a large pan. Once browned stir in tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, cup of broth, and cup of water. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 20 min.
