Chicken Casserole w/stuffing mix topping

8 oz. Sour cream (fat free)1 can Campell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Campell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 3 Chicken Breasts1 stick butter, melted1.5 cups chicken broth1.5 boxes of chicken stuffing mix(1/2 cup rice - optional)--not included in nutritional info.
Cook chicken. Cut up into small pieces (approx. 1 inch).
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In casserole dish, combine soups and sour cream--mix well. Add chicken to soup & sour cream mixture. In a mixing bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted butter- mix well. Pour stuffing & butter mixture on top of chicken/soup/sour cream mixture already in casserole dish. Pour 1. 5 cups of chicken broth over stuffing mixture. Be sure crumbs are wet. Bake for approx. 30 min. in oven at 350 degrees.
