Ingredients
3 cups oatmeal1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 cup milk1 cup sugar free maple syrup2 eggs slightly beaten2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
preheat oven to 350
mix dry ingredients
add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well
pour into 9 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray
bake for 30 minutes
serve warm, with milk, if desired
