Vicki's butter Chicken

Ingredients
4 med chicken breast1 jar PC Blue Menu Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce1.5 cups uncooked rice
Directions
Cook rice. While rice is cooking, dice chicken and place in frying pan to cook. When almost all chicken is no longer pink, at jar of cooking sauce, cover, and let simmer for 10 min. Serve over rice and accompanied with a vegetable.
