9 eggs3 tablespoons smart balance mayo1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheesesalt pepper
Directions
boil the eggs for 15 minutes to make them hardboiled, let them cool, then after taking the shells off, put all the ingredients in a big bowl and if you use a fork it helps mash down the eggs. once you've done this your good to go.
