Tosha's Dijon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
5 chicken tenders; cooked, shredded, and cooled.1/2 cup seedless grapes; halved1 tsp. chopped walnuts (or desired nut)2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard w/ White Wine1.5 Tbps. Kraft light mayo w/ olive oil (reduced fat)
Directions
1) Cook chicken; shred and cool.
2) Mix chicken, grapes, nuts, mustard, and mayo together and chill.
3) Serve on desired bread or lettuce.
