Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 green peppers, diced1 16 oz can tomato paste (no salt added)1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes (no salt added)3 cups beef broth1 small onion, diced1 tsp dried majoram1-2 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp italian seasoning1 1/2 cup instant brown rice
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a large sauce pan, add diced onion and green pepper and cook until ground beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Add beef broth, tomato paste and spices - bring to a boil. When soup reaches a rolling boil add rice, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 more minutes. Soup is done when rice is cooked.
