HCG Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1/2 large onion2 cloves Gralic100 mg ground chicken1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp oregano1 tsp chili powder2 cups chicken broth1/8 tsp red pepper flakes3 tbs canned green chiles2 tbs chopped flat leaf parsley
Directions
In a large heavy bottomed pan add a thin layer of water...sautee onion until translucent add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the gorund chicken, salt, cumin, oregano, and chili powder. Cook stirring frequently until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes. Add chicken stock and green chiles. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 55-60 minutes. Add red flakes if desired and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
