Oven Fried Tilapia

Ingredients
4- 4oz. Tilapia filets1/4 C all purpose flour1/4 C dried bread crumbs 1/4 C saltine crackers crushed1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 egg whites1/2 tsp dried basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir four, salt and pepper together in a shallow dish and set aside. In a bowl beat egg whites until white and frothy. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs with crackers and basil.
Bread the filets by dipping into flour mixture first, shake off excess, then dip in egg whites, and then in the bread crumb mixture. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line with foil. Lay fillets flat and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes.
