Chicken & Broccoli Penne

Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 2 oz * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato * Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.25 breast, * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 0.25 cup * Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and place in skillet with olive oil.
Cook until partially done.
Add broccoli and mushrooms, continue cooking until chicken is done.
Add chicken broth and cover pan, cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
Add pasta, red pepper flakes (to taste), and cheese. Remove from heat.
Serve with fresh diced tomatoes to garnish. Enjoy!
