20 oz cooked, drained and rinsed ground beef.1 1/2 diced tomatoes1 cup chopped onion1 cup frozen corn2 cups frozen green beans1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onion1 med. stalk cerlery, chopped2/3 cup chopped onion2 cups chopped potatoe w/ skin6 beef bouillion cubes8 cups water
brown ground beef. Place in colender and rinse with warn water for several minutes. Blot with paper towel to remove extra water and fat. This cuts the fat down to 135 for 3 oz of ground beef!
Add all veggies and bouillion. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer till veggies are tender. Or place all ingredients in slow cooker befor leaving in the morning and you gave a great supper waiting for you when you get home.
