Low Carb Crustless Asparagus Quiche

300 gram asparagus spears, cut into 2 inch pieces6 eggs, whipped200 gram shredded Gouda cheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cook the asparagus pieces in hot water for a few minutes, drain
Put the asparagus pieces at the bottom of a Pyrex pan
Sprinkle one half of the cheese over the spears
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and asparagus mixture
Finally top with the remaining cheese
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
