Parmesan and Pea Risotto

Ingredients
*Arborio Rice (1/4 cup dry), 1.25 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup (remove)*Onion, White, Fresh, .25 cup (remove)Peas, canned, .5 can (303 x 406) (remove)
Directions
Sautee onions until golden, Add rice; toast for 30 seconds. Add broth cup by cup; make sure to keep stirring until previous cup of broth is absorbed, before adding next. When all broth is absorbed and rice is tender, remove from heat. Stir in parmesan, peas and butter. Serve hot. Great when served with scallops and spinach.
