Low Fat Bacon and Cheddar Risotto

*Arborio Rice (Risotto Rice), Dry, Uncooked, 1.25 cup (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup (remove)*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup (remove)*fresh onion, 0.25 cup (remove)*Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon (Smoke Cured Turkey Chopped & Formed) 1 slice = 1 serving, 4 serving (remove)
Dice Onion. Spray a large saucepan with Pam. Dice Bacon and brown in pan--remove when golden. Add onion;sautee until slightly golden. Add rice; toast for 30 seconds. Add the broth, a cup at a time, stirring until all broth is absorbed before adding next cup. Once all broth is absorbed and rice is tender, remove from head. Add back in bacon, as well as butter and cheese. Stir til creamy. Serve hot.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
