Asparagus Frittata

Ingredients
5 large eggs1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 c skim milk1/2 cup asparagus (about 1/2 lb)
Directions
Wisk together eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl
cut aspargus into 1 inch pieces and stir into egg mixture
pour egg mixture into 9 inch pie pan sprayed with non-fat cooking spray
bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees F until egg mixture is set
let stand 5 minutes before serving
