Ingredients
1.23lbs of pork tenderloin1 cup of low sodium chicken broth1/2 cup of water1 tbsp. of rosemary1 tbsp. of ThymeBlack PepperPinch of Cayenne Pepper (just for some heat - Optional)Please note: I added the spices without actually calculating them in, I just added enough to season the roast.
Directions
Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. When done, take two forks and shred meat.

You can add BBQ sauce if you like and then cook for another 30 minutes until all flavors are combined. Or place plain roast on plate and add your own flavors. I personally like to do that so everyone can make whatever kind of pork they like.
